Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item

1. Email support@novatech-au.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Drop it off at any post office.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item, back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used personal care items cannot be returned. All other items are eligible.
